Divergent Therapies & Solutions is a lived-experience-led counselling and consultancy service supporting you to move from harm to healing, and from survival to systems change. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based practice. We meet people where they are and walk beside them as they build safety, accountability, leadership, and long-term wellbeing. Our NDIS-screened team ensures accessible, evidence-informed care that respects every unique journey.

We work across four key community groups: Women seeking healing, safety & leadership; Youth finding voice, safety & opportunity through our ambassador Emmasyn Rose; Small business owners desiring wellbeing, culture & sustainability; and Individuals taking responsibility for harm, focused on accountability, safety & change. We aim to save lives, foster resilience, and turn lived experience into leadership and systems change.
Our unique, human-first approach
Divergent Therapies & Solutions is not a brand built from theory, but from lived experience, professional practice, and community leadership. Founded by Megan Speight, a systems navigator, Qualified Counsellor and Suicide Prevention Advocate, we exist to do what traditional systems often struggle with: listen deeply, adapt quickly, and respond human-first. We don’t bully, label, or blame; we listen, learn, and build solutions with people – not for them. Our values are human-first, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, community-led, evidence-based, ethical, respectful, and inclusive. We combine cutting-edge research with practical problem-solving to deliver accessible, neuro-inclusive, and outcome-driven support.
